Salon Privé by Champagne Taittinger is the latest addition to the Summit Restaurant, presenting the epitome of first class private dining.

A collaboration between owner Michael Moore and renowned New York interior designer, Thomas Bucich, Salon Prive´ has been cleverly designed to provide absolute privacy whilst showcasing the breathtaking 360 degree views of the entire city and harbour.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a glass of Taittinger Champagne in the lounge area whilst taking in the stunning views, before moving into the main dining room. Accommodating up to 30 seated guests or 45 standing, Salon Privé is perfect for any intimate occasion.
